Is cost mentioned JIRA download Lincense is annual or one time payment?

US $1,200 is mentioned upto 25 users which includes the 12 month maintenance. Is it mandatory to take the maintenance renewed after 12 months? If not then do we need to pay any money to continue the use of JIRA.

Both, sort of.

You pay for the first year, and you get full support and access to any version of Jira released in that year.

You then need to renew that maintenance, if you want support and access to later releases.

If you do NOT renew, then your Jira will continue to work exactly as before, it will NOT stop working. You're just unsupported and can't upgrade.
