Is creating & configuring Themes possible in Jira Cloud?

Want to know if Jira cloud allows us to create themes? I do not find any option to do so. If anyone can help me that would be great. Thank you !

If you mean themes by creating a dark theme, for example, it's not possible. 

In Jira, it's possible to customize colors, logo, title, favicon and it will be applied for the entire site. It's not available the option for each user to use a different color.

Themes could mean a couple of things in Jira.  Could you tell us which one it is by explaining what you mean by "theme"?
