Exporting an issue to different formatis is native in jira Cloud. (last 3 options from the ... menu in every issue)
If this is not what you expect, please elaborate on your requirements so we can further advice you.
There are different apps or automations that could help depending on what you might need.

I know I sound like the REST API Avenger ;-) ...more specifics on what you want to accomplish would be helpful. One way to do this is schedule a pull of all tickets meeting your criteria at whatever frequency you need. For example, I have a client that has their data refreshed 3x a day. But if you wanted an hourly recap of all the updates made, that wouldn't be a problem either. I suggest setting up a Filter to identify the universe.
