Is it allowed/compliant to use Google analytics in Jira connect add-on

Hi, 

I'm developing Jira connect add-on. Just wondering if there any way to gather usage statistics? Are there out of the box atlassian services that I can use? Or can I hook up google analytics?

Would it require any additional client agreements,etc.?
