Is it allowed to use one jira account and use by different person?

Hi everyone,

Can one account be used by a different person and one account for admin? Will it be fine?

For the shareable account, do other people's use will make the other person logout? Can it login in multiple places?

However, for shareable account, for tracking, in the below ticket creation description, we will put our name to differentiate it.

Hi Nur,

It is not advisable to use a shared account like that for security reasons. However, you can login multiple times with the same username with no problem.

As @John Funk said is violates security practices. From long experience relying on people to make a note of what they did will fail. I'm surprised your company security department would allow this.
