We use retail app and we check report on 15 th of every month
so can we create any event or jira task in jira software, which will give me notification on 15th of every month that hey tester you have to check reports
Hello ashwini.todewar@definelabs.com
You can automate changes to issues and trigger notifications through third-party plugins. I'd recommend you try Automation for Jira given it allows you to easily setup conditions and trigger transitions based on dates (https://docs.automationforjira.com/reference/triggers.html#scheduled).
HI ashwini.todewar@definelabs.com
You can create a filter and use the filter subscription to get the notification as you want.
You can configure this navigating to issues > select the filter > Details and you can find the options like Days, Days per week, Days per month etc..
