Is there any way that we can set Reporter field hide on view screen if the value is null or anonymous ?

If possible!!!
you must:
1. Open the ticket or issue
2. Click Settings
3. Depending on the type of your incident, drag the Reporter field to the right to hide it. (like in the image).
