You'll probably have to do some setup for this - depending on how your desks are configured.

Your service desk can be configured to submit tickets as bugs (or any other issue type you want). That's a regular option in service desk/JSM.  You'll need to be an admin on the Service desk, then within the request types and issue types fields you can set that up.

You can also use post-function or automation to add data or labels (or anything) as an input that the jira boards can use to see those service desk issues**.  The regular jira/development board filters will need to be set up to look for those field values.
Alternatively, you can use automation to make a new bug within a different classic jira project, and link them to the corresponding service desk ticket.

**There are some considerations, such as ticket visibility. Generally, only Service Desk agents can see tickets on the service desks, so a regular Jira board will not necessarily work since the issues on it require permission to see service desk tickets.
