May I ask if there is any add-on I can use to SSO my Salesforce credentials to Jira ServiceDesk? The objective is to have one credentials to login to both tools.

Any advice is very much welcome

Hi Sheryl.

Here is a guide for how to achieve Salesforce login through our Kantega SSO add-on: https://docs.kantega.no/display/KA/Salesforce

The add-on is for the server version of Jira ServiceDesk and we are soon to be approved for DataCenter. The add-on can be downloaded at: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211923/jira-single-sign-on-sso-saml-kerberos?hosting=server&tab=overview.

Regards,

Jon Espen

Hi Sheryl,

Currently, the identity providers supported by Jira are Azure, Bitium, Centrify, Okta and OneLogin.
If you use one of the above on Salesforce, you can also use on Jira to log in.
You can find more information on the link below:
- SAML single sign-on

Regards,
Angélica
