Is it possible to add a line break to separate fields in an issue?

For example, when I create a new issue in Jira there is a line break between 'Issue Type' and 'Reporter'. Is it possible to add line breaks to separate other fields and make sections?

Scott,

  There is not an ability to use line breaks but you can create tabs for different sections. You can learn more here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/defining-a-screen-776636475.html in the section titled Configuring a screen's tabs and fields.

Super old issue, but anyone googling this like I did for future reference.    You can actually add line breaks on the "Field Help" under each field.  If you add two line breaks, it gives appropriate spacing.
