Is it possible to add a new status category? I don't want Rejected to map to To do, In Prog or Done

I don't want the Issue status 'Rejected' to map to 'Done', is it possible to add a new status category to cater for this? The only options appear to be To do, In Progress or Done.

We're using the cloud instance.

This is not possible. Generally I use the Resolution filed for something like Rejected vs. a status. Regardless, in either case it should be shown as done since the issue is considered complete.
