Is it possible to add a one time CAB approver to a release ticket

Good Morning, 

I have been looking into whether or not there was a method to add a one time CAB approver to a release ticket. 

To clarify, we had an old release ticket that did not have the newest CAB picklist configuration and one of the approvers that is normally in the list for all CAB approvers was not in the old picklist. 

I checked the config and verified that the approver in question is on all CAB approvals going forward, however, I wanted to ask the community if there was a way to manually add a CAB approver, one time, to a release ticket?
