Is it possible to add a specific color for PIE chart or Chart.

For Exmaple :

PASS- Green

Blocked - Amber

Failed - RED

As Jack said, this feature isn't available out-of-the-box with Jira, so my team built an app to allow you to do just that! You can set the colors, re-order the segment as well as add multiple values to the same segments :)

unfortunately not OOTB. There are however addons that allow you to do this. While I have never used any I did search the Marketplace once for this.
