Is it possible to add a title to a comment in Jira?

Is it an easy mod or add-in to add the ability to add a (searchable) title field to comments in Jira Core?

You can add anything (title, header, bullets, ..) to comment. It's free text area and all are searchable.

You can search via:

comment ~ 'Some string to search'
