Is it possible to archive old Teams in Managed Shared Teams in Advanced Roadmaps?

Hi there,

We're on JS DC 9.12.12. There are old Teams in the Managed Shared Teams section of ARM. I would like to clear these out so they are no longer an option to select in the Team custom field dropdown but also to reduce clutter in the shared team panel.

I notice once a team is deleted in shared teams, the team value is removed from the historical issues. 

Is it possible to archive old teams? I would like to keep things tidy but also retain the team info on historical issues.

Hi @Anita Szabo 

I would suggest to raise a request to Atlassian for this. From the documentation it'not possible to do so. They recommend to delete the Team from the PLAN but it will only clear it from the Plan view, the team will remain available in the Team field.
