Is it possible to auto-populate the current month to a recurring issue/ticket summary line?

I have multiple recurring tickets on a kanban board and would like to see the current month displayed in the ticket name to make it easier to see what's old and what's current.

How do you create these reccuring tickets? I guess you should add the current month to the ticket summary upon creation.

We have multiple tickets that are scheduled to pop up each month.  Currently they have the same summary line.  I'm curious if there is a way to maybe add JQL or something else to the summary line that will auto-populate the month.

JQL can not change a ticket. That is why you should change the ticket upon creation or modify it later with Jira Rest Api or Jira Java Api. How do you create these reccuring tickets? Jira does not have such functionality (creating reccuring tasks) out of the box. It must an add-on. What is it?
