Is it possible to change JIRA Cloud Date Format for comments?

We came from Jira Server, and now we are using Jira Cloud

We would like to ask if is possible to have the following Date Format for our comments on the platform

Our current Date Format is:

But I'm not able to understand where this configuration match with what we can see in the issue comments.

Above there is the screenshot of what we currently see as TimeStamp in issue comments in Jira Cloud, do you know how do we need to configure it?

If the format being displayed is not matching what you have set up in the dat/time format page, then I would suggest contacting Atlassian support.
