I would like to know whether below No.4 is possible or not in JIRA timeline.
1, Create 2 tasks. 1st task is to create document, 2nd task is to review it.
2, Create dependency between 2 tasks.(1st task -> 2nd task)
3, We realize that we cannot complete 1st task as planned and extend 1st task schedule duration.
4, Jira change 2nd task(review) schedule automatically.

Yes, that can be achieved with an Automation Rule. But I would question why you are doing tow different tasks. It should just be one task that goes through two different statuses in the same workflow.
