Is it possible to configure mandatory fields in Microsoft Teams for Jira Server ?

We installed the Microsoft Teams plugin in Jira Server and Jira Server plugin in Microsoft Teams, but when we try to create a issue with mandatory fields shows the follow message:

Error: Customfield_10218 error: Detected on Environment is required.

Is there a way to customize the mandatory fields in Microsoft Teams?

Nope, in the Soft Serve integration it is not possible at the moment. Stay tuned with the integration from Move Work Forward.
