Is it possible to configure the fields that are required for the "Create SubTask" form in OnDemand?

I see that there is a config param that could be adjusted if we had the Download version:

The config item jira.subtask.quickcreateform.fields apparently drives that form, is there a way we can add timeestimate to the list? As it would make the form much more useful.

The only thing we can configure for you are the columns to show when viewing sub-task issues in a table.

If you need that to be configured, please open a ticket on SAC that we will gladly configure it for you.
