Is it possible to connect JIRA CLOUD with Gitlab-On-Premise ?

All information I found is connect JIRA software (NOR CLOUD version!) to Gitlab on premise.

@Angélica Luz it is about gitlab ON PREMISE. so is a self hosted version on gitlab and not gitlab.com.

Currently, I think there is no solution to achieve this :(

As per I could check on Git's documentation, it's possible to connect Jira Cloud to Gitlab server.
