Is it possible to create a custom field like cascading text field

Hi There,

I need a custom cascading text field, 

For example option 1. ABC option 2 if choose this ABC, Free text to appear for option 2 cascading.

Please suggest me how to achieve this.

Hi @Veerraju Uppalapati,

If I understood correctly, you want the 2nd text field should be enabled for user only 1st select has ABC as selected value.

if so I don't think there is a field type supports free form value in cascade type

but as a workaround you can setup 2 fields and hide/show 2nd text field based on 1st field selection. there are multiple plugins help to achieve the same

Scriptrunner, Dynamic Forms. etc...
