Is it possible to create a four layer task creation i.e. Epic - Story - Task - Sub-task

I want to have 4 layers worth of tasks.

I know I can do 3. Epic -> Task -> Subtask

But I have not found any way to do 4.

I think the use of Components would be good for you.

Component > Epic > Task > Sub-task
