The Jira Subscription is useful in saving time, but the format is unhelpful. Is it possible to:
1. have the output as, for example, Excel?
2. create a template where the data can be automatically downloaded, but where there is, for example, a calculated field (in the template)?
To automatically generate and save Excel files from Jira, use the Better Excel Automation app.
In the background, it relies on the Better Excel Exporter app to actually compile the Excel file, which supports calculated fields!

There is an addon jira cloud for google sheet that allow you to retrieve data from a filter. The data can be refresh automatically.
