Is it possible to create a user in jira which doesn’t ask for password and captcha?

Hi All,

I am having one requirement where in which I need to create one user in JIRA which doesn’t ask for password and captcha?

Please share your feedback.

Long answer:

Captcha only kicks in for new accounts and people who fail to get their password right too many times, so that's not a significant problem.

A password-less user is a massive security breach and should never never never be implemented (unless you're replacing the concept of a user/password with something more secure)
