Is it possible to customize the profile hover?

Hello,

We have a hotline team using our Jira. They need to display their customers phone numbers in their profile hover ( as in the screeshot attached).

These users are not jira admins so adding phone number fields in the "Additional User Information" screen will not be helpful to them.

Is it possible to have this option?
