Referring to this screenshot below. Is Jira able to push priority to Zendesk vs Zendesk pushing to Jira? The button only seems to allow for data to go from Zendesk to Jira. If it cannot be done, is this a Zendesk limitation?
This is a add-on / plugin designed and provided by Zendesk.
So you need to ask to Zendesk your question.
Anyway I see in the alert box in the screen, that you may need a Update webhook. I assume that if there is a possibility to UPDATE, also to push the priority after having the webhook configured.
Also there a link instructions, did you try it?
Also looking at my own integration here the direction exists, but i cant select priority in Zendesk Support side.
I assume this is due to be a dropdown field, so you need to ask Zendesk for sure about it.

Hi @Darin Mellor ,
I am Dhiren from the Exalate Team.
Just wanted to ask if you were able to resolve this issue or not?
If this is still an issue for you, I would recommend you to try out Exalate.
Exalate works on a decentralized architecture and offers you a completely bi-directional sync and you can sync issues from different projects which are a part of a completely different instance.
We offer a low code mode for business users, and also a script mode which uses groovy scripting for ultimate control.
You can sync any system field + custom field.
Do let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks, Dhiren
