Is it possible to have a RadioButton / DropDown where the last option is free text field?

Hi there,

i got the following request for our JIRA Server:

The user wants to have the following function:

A custom field from type RadioButton / DropdownList

The field should have three options:

a) yes

b) no

c) FreeTextField

Meaning, the user can choose a or b or he can write his own value in the FreeTextField.

Is this possible with JIRA?

Hi @DanielJurassic 

You could solve this with the plugin Dynamic forms for Jira

Ad three choices to the radio button. And add a second field in your dynamic form that shows up only when the third choice is selected and make that field mandatory (in the settings of that dynamic form.)
