Is it possible to have a texte field (single line) with auto-complete

Hello,

We have to add a new customfield following a request from our users. They want this field to be of text type but with auto-completion (a bit like Labels, but with the possibility of entering only one piece of data, like "Coeur métier"). Is it possible? I couldn't find anything on the subject for this type of field.

The short answer is "no" - a text field is a text field.

The long answer is it would be possible, but it would have to be a new custom field type, from a plugin, which would implement the logic in terms of how it auto-completes and/or suggests auto completion.

Hi @Tatiana Marti ,

I think that you are reffering to "Select List (cascading)" Type Field.

In this type of Field, you can put a Second value, conditioned by the First value selected.
