Is it possible to have holidays marked as non-working days in the Calander plugin?

Basically what we need is to integrate our corporate calander into JIRA and exclude non-working days (weekends + holidays) from time tracking. Is that possible with this plugin?

There is no way to do this in the JIRA calendar plugin.
