Is it possible to import word document as a global template in confluence?

I need to replace a global template that I created in confluence. The replacement is already present with me in my PC. Is there a way to import this document that I have, to replace the template that I created. I can only import the doc into the space but not as a global template.

Hi @Andrew W Matthews Global Templates are created by the Confluence Admin at the Admin level.  Please reach out to your Confluence Admin they can convert your word doc into a Global Template for you.
