Is it possible to order the list of Linked to options in Jira?

The Issue linking is currently order using Alphanumeric.  So if you would like to order the list you will need to change the name.  The name is not shown to the user so there is not an issue with changing it, example below.  Atlassian is working on a solution for this: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-16281

To order issue links do the following:

1. Go to Issue linking in the admin section.
2. Edit the issue you would like to reorder.  I am going to move Blocks to the bottom by placing a z in front of zBlocks.
   
3. Now when I go to an issue Blocks is at the bottom.
