Is it possible to prepopulate a cascading field's child value via "Jira Direct Links" query args

We are using a "Cascading custom select" field and would like to pre-populate it for some users when they create Jira tickets to make it easier for them.  I'm trying to use the Jira Direct Links feature to do this.  I can set the top level select but not sure how/if I can set the child value.  Tried the following.

I suspect that Jira never implemented support for auto-setting the child in cascading select custom fields but wanted to ask just in case....
