For example: suppose we have a generic "Report an error message" form, AND we have a Confluence KB filled with articles that includes error message articles for our enterprise systems. I would like to be able to create a link within one of the articles that links to the "report an error message" form that would be something like:
https://myservicedesk.atlassian.com/form_url&summary="Error%20Generic%20%Description"
This would prepopulate the "Summary" field with "Error Generic Description", so that the user could just click the link and it would prepopulate the field. Do I have to create a separate form for every error message I would like to populate this way?
No, I believe it would be one standard form tool for your KB.
