Is it possible to prevent ordinary users from changing the issue of the problem to "Completed" on their own.

I need only admin to review and change status to finally "done", but everyone can view all

Hi @a_s_evotor ,

The way you'll want to do that is, on the transition to "Completed" add a condition to the workflow. In that you can set a specific human or a Jira Group (or a variety of human values including custom fields) as being the only ones that can make the transition.

Hi @Mike Rathwell . Thank you for reply.

There is any guide how to make a condition rule on transaction ? i'm new on Jira.

According to https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwarecloud/add-rules-to-your-next-gen-board-950285979.html

there is only two rules

  • Automatically change an issue's assignee
  • Automatically update an issue field

none of them can't help me.

Have a look at this page (and you can set the version of Jira you're using in the upper right of the page) and see if this helps. https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver0713/advanced-workflow-configuration-964983727.html

There is lots of good help in there.

Good luck getting going with Jira. It's a huge tool and takes time to know but there are lots of us here happy to help along the way
