Is it possible to prevent two dashboards / filters from having the same name?

Is it possible to prevent multiple dashboards or filters from sharing the same name?

In my case, two different users have created dashboards with the same name and different gadgets, which has caused a lot of confusion.

Unfortunately, at this time, there isn't the ability to do this within JIRA. Also, I've researched the feature request system, and I don't see a current feature request for this as well. If you would like to log a feature request for this, you can log a support ticket at support.atlassian.com
