I have written a simple automation to send the notification to assignee, i wanted to know if there is any way to know if the notification is sent (not in logs) can we store it in any variable in automation where value can just be yes or no maybe 1 or 0
what i want to do is if the numeric value of field is 20 send the notification in 5 days , if the numeric value id 30 send the notification in 10 days , we can do it in different automations with trigger of schedule

Yes, and as you have described, you could set a custom field value based on sending the notification in the rule.
However there is no way to know if it was received, as the user could have blocked notifications in Jira, there could be email blocking in their company / tools, etc.
