is it possible to restore a dashboard, the owner has deleted?

Not really.  It's in your backups, but the data that comprises a dashboard is gone from the database when a user clicks delete.  All the filters etc are ok, but the dashboard config has gone.

How to restore a modified dashboard, to restore to a previous version ?
