Is it possible to restore a single project?

We have Jira Core with multiple projects. I created the backup but I wanted to know if it is possible to restore a single project.

Is it also possible to restore a project on another existing project?

@Daniele Margarolihave look at this knowledge base article, the process is not straight forward but you have try this on staging environment.
