Hello, I have a project in Jira, is it possible to restrict access to all tickets of the projects to specific users and allow these users view only their tickets and tickets of their team?
Hi @ksenia5371 You can restrict access at ticket level using Issue Security Schemes.
1. Create an issue security level for each team and provide access only to the team members for each level.
2. Create a custom field 'Team' that is mandatory or you can also use the security level field as mandatory to be set during Issue creation.
3. If you are using custom field 'Team', have an automation to set the security level field value to the right level according to the Team field value.
