Is it possible to restrict all Kanban board issues to be seen by only the Project Lead ?

Hello All,

The requirement here is that:

We want to restrict the issues on Kanban board of a particular project to be seen only by the Lead of that project.

Is there anything or any kind of permission through which we can achieve this requirement ?

Thanks in advance.

Best Regards,

Tanu Ranjan Bharadwaj

Hi @Tanu Ranjan Bharadwaj ,

Please find below two options.

1. Restrict Board - If you want to restrict only board then restrict the Shares of board and board filter with the only project lead. With this other users will not be able to see the board and will be able to search the issues with issue key.

2. Restrict issue - If you want to hide a set of issues in a project or restrict the visibility of issues then you have issue security levels for issues. With this others will not be able to view the issues but will be able to view the board.

I hope the information helps!

Sure thanks Ravya.
