I want our users to be able to clone the issues but not "clone the issues with links". Is that possible?
Hi Berkan - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
No, there is not that level of granularity involved with the Clone function. Would this be for ALL projects? Or just certain projects?

Hi @Berkan Suna and welcome to the community!
In Jira, the default cloning functionality does not provide a straightforward way to restrict users from cloning issues with links while allowing them to clone issues without links. However, you can achieve this by our marketplace app Deep Clone for Jira.
Deep Clone offers advanced cloning capabilities, including the ability to configure which elements of an issue are cloned. With Presets you can set it up to allow users to only clone issues without including the issue links, effectively achieving the restriction you're looking for.

Hello @Berkan Suna
If you're seeking for an easier way to clone an issue without creating a link with its clone, you can try our app Elements Copy & Sync that allows you to clone and sync a full hierarchy of issues with all their content (summary, description, custom fields, comments, attachments, etc).
You can check our guide here.
You can try the app for free during 30 days (and it stays free under 10 users).
Kind regards,
Clara

Hi @Berkan Suna
As @John Funk noted, no this can't be done.
You could look at the marketplace for apps that offer more cloning functionalities than the default.
