Is it possible to search all issues from a project having a link to issues in another project?

I need to find all issues in a project that have a link in another specific project. I found the JQL functions from add-ons linkedIssuesInProject and linkedissuesof but was wondering if there was another way to do so without having to use one of these add-ons.

I think, you can not do it out of the box.
