Is it possible to send an custom email with custom field Information??

Hello All,

I am looking for a way to send email to users based on the workflow transition.

If transition In progress is moved done successful, send an email notification to Supplier email(multi user picker field) with the following message template. Note that the text with bracket in light blue in the template should be replaced with each field's value.

I do exactly that function as a post function using the JMWE app Email Issue post function. It's highly flexible, makes nice looking emails, can have all manner of HTML formatting in it and, if you get fancy, can embed Groovy in it to make the email conditional (I have one that can look 3 different ways from same post function based on values found in custom fields).

If you haven't got JMWE in your environment, go hound your bosses to just get it... It's a staple for me.
