On Jira Service Desk Customer portal, I have a description and I want to set a limit that users need to key in at least 150 characters before the submit a ticket. Is it achievable out of the box in jira or need an add-on?

The description field in the customer portal has a limit of 1200 characters and currently, it's not possible to set a different limit.
There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of such ability:

Either remove the character limit as it works in the old portal or give the administrators the option to change the character limit for the description field.

@Angélica Luz Thats not what he was asking at all. He wanted a minimum limit, as in "there must be at least 150 characters in the description for the user to create the issue." Nothing was mentioned about the maximum limit
