Is it possible to show linked objects as an attribute?

We have employees listed as Jira Asset objects. These objects are linked to other objects like Hardware and Software. When I click on the employee object on the right it shows all the linked objects. Is it possible to add these linked objects as an attribute, so that when I am in the list view for the employee objects it shows everything each person is linked to, and allows me to export that data. Any information is greatly appreciated! Thank you for your time.

Hi @David Hart,

To add linked objects as attributes to other objects in Jira Assets for improved visibility and export:

  1. Access Jira Asset Configuration: Navigate to the object schema containing your Employee objects.
  2. Edit Employee Object Type: Locate and configure the Employee Object Type.
  3. Add Linked Object Attributes: Introduce new attributes for Hardware and Software links under the Employee type as "Object/s" for inter-object connections.
  4. Customize List View: Adjust the Employee list view to display these linked object attributes.
  5. Export Data: Utilize the list view's export function (typically CSV) to include these attributes in your data export.
