Is it possible to to keep different custom field values in same project for different issue types?

is there any way to keep different values for same custom field in same project with different issue types?

Hi @Akshith Kumar - Yes.  When you're setting up the custom field contexts, you have the option to set up which project and issue type it should be applied to.

But I am unable to configure the context for the second issue type I am not able to select the Project because I already used this project in a different context for a different issue type

Ahh - That I did not know and I'm assuming this field is used by other projects so you can't make the existing context project agnostic?  If this is the case, then you may be stuck with needing to create a new field.
