I assume that Acceptance Criteria Review is a transition you can make on an issue which will change the status of the issue. If that assumption is correct, then the answer to your question depends on how your workflow is set up. If you are able to transition the issue back to the status it was in before you transitioned to 'acceptance criteria review' then you can 'undo' it by performing that transition (in the same way you accidentally transitioned it by clicking on Acceptance Criteria Review, there will be a button that says something different in the same place you might be able to click to transition it back).
Your workflow might be set up so that an issue can't transition back to the status it was in before Acceptance Criteria Review, in which case you won't be able to 'undo' this unless you change the workflow for the project to allow it.
