Is it possible to use prod BulkOps App on a staging Jira instance ?

I created a staging Jira instance https://qa-jta.jira-dev.com via https://wac.stg.internal.atlassian.com/ . 


BulkOps app is not present in staging marketplace as public/private app https://marketplace.stg.internal.atlassian.com/ .

We try to install prod BulkOps app by descriptor from prod marketplace https://marketplace.atlassian.com/ to staging Jira instance. 

Somehow BulkOps app installs successfully  but Security API token which I generate through this staging Jira instance is always invalid.
