we have two projects. one is scrum (for dev), and one is kanban (managed by business for their operations).
someone created a ticket on the kanban project board and assigned a dev to it. i want this ticket to be viewable on the scrum project's sprint backlog, so that when the dev team does their daily stand up, actual workload will be known to everyone.
is that possible to do?
thanks in advance for any advice and or tips/tricks!
Hi @Stefannie Tan ,
in order to do that, please update your Scrum Board filter so that also ticket from different project will be retrieved.
Please read the following guide https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/configure-filters/
Hope this helps,
Fabio
@hi @Fabio Racobaldo _Herzum_ , thanks for responding to me! I did try creating a filter, but then I realized that i also needed the filter to do the following:
1. get all tickets from scrum board (this includes some business tickets related to the same product but done by a non-dev)
2. get only dev-related tickets from kanban board
i'm currently exploring the filter to see whether this is possible...
